Terms and Conditions

1. PROCEDURES AND MEDICAL CONSULTATIONS

  • Procedurees are prescribed and timed by a doctor at an entrance medical examination
  • Stay price includes 3 procedures per a day on an average
  • In case of interest there is a possibility to buy additional procedures at the reception desk
  • Procedures are provided already on the arrival day; the procedures are not timed for the day of departure
  • Procedures are provided in the period of time from 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
  • Sunday is calculated into the total amount of procedures, however, the procedures are not given on Sunday – they will be timed for other days
  • All spa stays end with breakfast on the departure day (no procedures, pools or other services are provided)

2. CATERING

  • Stay includes a full board
  • Breakfast is provided by the form of buffet breakfast
  • Lunches and dinners – choice from 5 meals + unlimited salad offer
  • Half board is possible only in case of hotel accommodation
  • Stays always start with lunch on the first day and end with breakfast on the last day of stay

3. ACCOMMODATION

  • Check in: 11:00 a.m.
  • Check out 10:00 a.m.

4. STAY PAYMENT

  • The first and the last day of each stay are charged as one day

5. TERMS OF PAYMENT

  • Full payment for ordered services must be paid 14 days before the client's arrival to the bank account of Kúpele Bojnice (Bojnice Spa)

6. CANCELLATION POLICY

  • A client can cancel the reservation free of charge only if he/she notifies Kúpele Bojnice in advance (33 days and more before his/her stay should start)
  • In case of late cancellation of reservation Kúpele Bojnice have right to require the payment of cancellation fee as follows:
  • 15% from ordered services if cancellation is made 32 days before arrival
  • 20% from ordered services if cancellation is made 31-22 days before arrival
  • 30% from ordered services if cancellation is made 21-14 days before arrival
  • 50% from ordered services if cancellation is made 13-0 days before arrival
  • No financial compensation is provided for ordered, but not spent services by client and changes of ordered services during the client's stay (accommodation, catering, treatment)
  • in case of earlier departure, the 30% handling fee is charged from unspent ordered services
